A company is looking for a Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, Nonprofit Organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Coach and measure key activity metrics while ensuring adherence to the sales process
- Establish C-level relationships with strategic customers and monitor market trends within the Nonprofit vertical
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of sales management experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience focused on consultative solutions selling
- Proven history of leading teams to achieve quotas and sales objectives
- Excellent coaching skills and knowledge of sales methodologies
- Experience in the nonprofit industry is a plus
