Key Responsibilities

• Own top of funnel talent pipelines for various technical roles, ensuring a consistent delivery of high signal candidates
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align on role needs and accelerate hiring processes
• Proactively source and engage passive talent using various platforms and maintain talent maps for market insights

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical sourcing experience, including in-house and agency/search roles
• 2+ years of experience sourcing senior leaders (Sr. Manager through VP+)
• Proven track record in sourcing across Engineering, Machine Learning, Product Management, and Analytics roles
• Expertise in managing pipelines end to end and leveraging metrics to refine sourcing strategies
• Proficiency with various sourcing and recruiting tools
