Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team responsible for executing and closing complex renewals across major accounts
• Drive internal alignment and customer negotiations for key renewal engagements
• Collaborate with various departments to design renewal strategies and improve operational frameworks

Required Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales leader (VP or higher) with a focus on renewals outcomes or as a procurement expert with over 10 years in a financial institution
• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing strategic customer negotiations
• Deep industry knowledge of credit lifecycle and related products/services
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university
• Experience in enterprise deal constructs and contract management
