Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist (Private Client - Personal Strategy).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a best-in-class client experience through proactive and reactive engagements and streamline client request processing
- Collaborate with advisory teams to maintain strong relationships with clients and identify financial planning opportunities
- Coordinate between clients and advisory teams for service requests and facilitate client appreciation efforts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related discipline or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in financial services and/or customer experience
- Series 65 FINRA registration required within corporate-established timeline
- Experience in client services roles
- FINRA Fingerprinting required
