A company is looking for a Customer Service Specialist Part-Time.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and resolve urgent-emergency calls
- Serve as a customer advocate and record customer feedback in necessary support systems
- Work in a fast-paced environment, assisting other departments with data entry tasks
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 or more years of customer service experience
- Strong organizational skills with typing and data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Access
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the U.S
