Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Surgical Scheduler.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outgoing and take incoming phone calls to relay information between providers and patients
• Schedule follow-up appointments and surgeries
• Provide results and support patient inquiries

Required Qualifications

• Minimum education and certification/licensure as a Medical Assistant, Licensed Practical Nurse, or Registered Nurse
• Excellent telephone customer service skills
• Familiarity with computers and ability to navigate Electronic Medical Record systems
• Typing speed of 35+ wpm, tested during the interview
• Location within Mountain or Pacific Time Zones is required
