Key Responsibilities
- Own and grow a portfolio of enterprise accounts, ensuring alignment of solutions with customer outcomes
- Manage renewals and expansions while running consultative sales cycles to uncover new opportunities
- Create and maintain account plans, tracking progress against customer and company goals
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of enterprise sales or account management experience in SaaS
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and delivering net revenue retention
- Domain expertise in CMS or experience selling API-based solutions
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
