Job Summary
A company is looking for an Analyst V, Supply Chain Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze purchase order-related invoices and unreceived purchase orders to ensure timely payment and updates to inventory balances
- Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement strategies with business objectives and ensure compliance with policies
- Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience working in Coupa and Oracle is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to work independently on complex problems and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods for solutions
