Supply Chain Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Analyst V, Supply Chain Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze purchase order-related invoices and unreceived purchase orders to ensure timely payment and updates to inventory balances
• Collaborate with internal departments to align procurement strategies with business objectives and ensure compliance with policies
• Identify areas for process optimization and implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
• Experience working in Coupa and Oracle is preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Ability to work independently on complex problems and demonstrate good judgment in selecting methods for solutions
