Support Specialist III

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist III to provide technical support for information systems and improve care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigates advanced incidents related to clinical information systems to identify root causes and develop fixes
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify system enhancements and improve business performance
• Contributes to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement schedules for clinical systems and services

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required
• 2 - 4 years of related experience required
• Vocational or technical education may be required in addition to work experience
• Experience with application and database technologies is desired
• Knowledge of system administration and infrastructure monitoring tools is preferred
