Syndication Team Leader

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Syndication Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the syndication desk and work directly with funding sources
• Analyze transactions for off balance sheet placement and collaborate with sales for transaction development
• Participate in the hiring process and assist with the evaluation of syndication desk team members

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or comparable experience preferred
• 5+ years of syndication lending experience
• Existing relationships with current syndication sources
• Extensive industry knowledge of industries, assets, and credit
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
