A company is looking for a Head of Deal and Support Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of standards and practices for Enterprise Deal Operations and Customer Advocacy teams
- Develop a repeatable playbook to support sales for complex customer segments
- Establish new processes for deal reviews, approvals, and governance practices to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of experience in senior leadership roles within a Deal Desk or equivalent function
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a people management role
- Experience managing high-value, complex deals in a high-growth technology environment
- Expertise in building quote-to-cash and finance systems and processes
- Strong business acumen, preferably with a background in finance or business
