Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement programs to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction globally
• Streamline onboarding and offboarding processes to improve employee transitions
• Serve as a liaison between employees and management to foster effective communication

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 2 years of related experience; or a Graduate Degree with 0 to 2 years of experience; or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree
• Experience supporting global and dispersed organizations
• Experience with international hiring and employee operations in specific countries
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Strong organizational and time management skills
