Texas Licensed Medical Claims Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Insurance and Claims Representative.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and process medical claims submitted by healthcare providers
• Assist patients with medical inquiries through inbound and outbound calls
• Verify claim information and resolve discrepancies with providers and insurance companies

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year or more of verifiable recent experience in medical claims or healthcare insurance
• Proven experience in medical claims processing or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology, coding, and billing practices (ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS)
• Proficiency with medical billing software and MS Office Suite
• Great work attitude and willingness to help others
