A company is looking for a Treasury Management Client Support Specialist (Remote - WA, ID, OR, CA).
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with support materials for effective use of Treasury Management services
- Administer client service policies and achieve service level standards
- Resolve client complaints and escalate complex issues appropriately
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Associate's Degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 or more years of treasury management experience or in a related client services environment
- Knowledge of delivering end-user training for Treasury Management services
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of relevant operating systems and sales principles to support Treasury Management
