Job Summary
A company is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation and modernization of the ERM function, aligning processes and tools with enterprise objectives
- Establish an ERM roadmap and enhance integrated risk reporting for executive leadership and governance committees
- Develop and execute risk education programs and facilitate scenario planning sessions with key stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 15 years of progressive risk management or compliance experience within the healthcare industry; at least 10 years in leadership roles
- Proven success in rebuilding or maturing an ERM function
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and payer-provider risk arrangements
- Certifications such as CPHRM, CRMA, CHC, or CIA are highly desirable
