Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation and modernization of the ERM function, aligning processes and tools with enterprise objectives
• Establish an ERM roadmap and enhance integrated risk reporting for executive leadership and governance committees
• Develop and execute risk education programs and facilitate scenario planning sessions with key stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 15 years of progressive risk management or compliance experience within the healthcare industry; at least 10 years in leadership roles
• Proven success in rebuilding or maturing an ERM function
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and payer-provider risk arrangements
• Certifications such as CPHRM, CRMA, CHC, or CIA are highly desirable
