Key Responsibilities
- Lead all people aspects of M&A, including HR due diligence, talent evaluation, and integration strategies
- Drive and sustain a remote-first culture, ensuring employee engagement and performance across geographies
- Partner with the CEO and executive team to shape company direction through effective people strategies
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or MBA strongly preferred
- 15+ years of total experience in Human Resources
- 8-10 years in a leadership role, currently serving as a Director, VP, or C-Level
- Proven track record leading M&A in an HR executive capacity with decision-making experience
- 3+ years of experience leading remote, global teams and building remote-first cultures
