Key Responsibilities
- Respond to support questions regarding the Astra theme and other products
- Write detailed bug reports and new documentation as needed
- Provide empathetic support to customers, resolving their issues positively and timely
Required Qualifications
- At least 1+ years of experience with WordPress
- Ability to write custom CSS and understand HTML
- Familiarity with tools like HelpNinja, Trello, Asana, Github, and Slack
- Self-starter with troubleshooting experience
- Fluent in English with good spelling and grammar
