Job Summary

A company is looking for a WordPress Support Specialist to join their support team.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to support questions regarding the Astra theme and other products
• Write detailed bug reports and new documentation as needed
• Provide empathetic support to customers, resolving their issues positively and timely

Required Qualifications

• At least 1+ years of experience with WordPress
• Ability to write custom CSS and understand HTML
• Familiarity with tools like HelpNinja, Trello, Asana, Github, and Slack
• Self-starter with troubleshooting experience
• Fluent in English with good spelling and grammar
