ACATS Operations Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Brokerage Operations Associate specializing in ACATS.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily incoming and outgoing Account Transfer Requests and process ACAT transfers
• Rebuild and formalize procedures for the transfers process to ensure business continuity
• Drive continuous operational improvement and support management with policy framework applications

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of ACATS experience
• Knowledge of Brokerage Clearing operations and financial industry regulations
• General knowledge of U.S. securities back office operations
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other database coding languages
• Possess a Series SIE and 99 or higher securities license or achieve a passing result on the 99 within the first 180 days of employment
