Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI solutions for sales teams across multiple lines of business
• Build reusable frameworks and playbooks for rapid deployment across other lines of business
• Partner with sales leadership to drive adoption and change management

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 7+ years in sales operations, sales technology, or a related field
• Experience leading at least one successful enterprise AI implementation for sales
• Hands-on experience with sales AI use cases such as lead scoring and opportunity insights
• Strong understanding of modern sales tech stack and experience with AI/ML platforms
• Proven ability to influence without authority and drive change management
