Key Responsibilities
- Process new business applications and complex financial transactions while ensuring completeness and adherence to guidelines
- Communicate with financial advisors and stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and provide necessary information
- Share knowledge with team members and recommend process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Required Qualifications and Education
- High School Diploma or GED, or minimum Associate degree in lieu of required experience
- 0-1+ years of relevant experience for candidates with an Associate's degree or above; 3-5+ years for others
- Experience in Client Customer Support and Operations aligned with job responsibilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general computer navigation skills
