Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appointment Setting Team Manager for the Manufacturing Division.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of 6-8 appointment setters focused on the manufacturing vertical
• Distribute and maintain high-quality lead lists for the appointment setting team
• Establish and track KPIs for appointment volume, quality, and conversion rates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing inside sales, appointment setting, or SDR teams
• Proven success in leading teams to exceed outbound appointment setting targets
• Experience working with manufacturing, industrial, or technical B2B sectors preferred
• Strong understanding of lead generation processes, list building, and data management
• Proficient in CRM systems and sales engagement tools
