Key Responsibilities
- Assist Spanish and English-speaking clients with enrollment and updates to health care and pension plans
- Provide customer service in a remote environment while safeguarding confidential information
- Document calls and maintain accurate case notes, participating in team meetings and training
Required Qualifications
- High School degree required
- Experience in a customer service environment is necessary
- Excellent Spanish language skills are required
- Associate or Bachelor's degree is a plus
