Bilingual Client Services Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Services Agent I to join their dynamic Client Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in both Spanish and English via chat and email
• Assist customers with cryptocurrency transactions, wallet navigation, and account inquiries
• Use CRM platforms to manage and resolve customer requests

Required Qualifications

• Native Spanish and English speaker (both written and spoken)
• Must be based in the US, New Zealand, or Australia
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology
• Proven experience with CRM tools, preferably Zendesk
• Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
