Business Development Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development & Capture Director (Federal).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full Business Development Life Cycle (BDLC), from opportunity identification through proposal submission
• Lead capture strategies including teaming, pricing, staffing, and solution development
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders across CMS/HHS/FDA/NIH/CDC

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in federal business development and capture
• 3+ years of successful proposal writing/management within CMS/HHS/FDA/NIH/CDC
• Proven experience with CMS, HHS, FDA, NIH, and CDC business operations and industry landscape
• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, IT, or related field (MBA preferred)
• PMP, Agile, or SAFe certifications a plus
