Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Executive - Genetics.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and build relationships with senior leaders at biopharma companies
• Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and execute partnerships
• Structure and negotiate partnership agreements tailored to client needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's in life sciences required; Advanced Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience in business development roles, preferably in biopharma or genetics
• Proven track record of success in sales and new product launches
• Experience with CRM-based pipeline management
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment
