Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager who is a deal hunter and self-starter to develop and win new business in a complex consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify high potential transformation deals and manage the entire sales cycle
- Drive new revenue by prospecting and developing business with direct clients
- Build a growth pipeline, including statements of work and contracts, while maintaining client relationships
Required Qualifications
- Experience in net new sales of digital transformation and consulting services
- Proven success in enterprise-scale consulting engagements
- Experience selling across multiple solution areas, preferably with Microsoft and other partners
- Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients
- Strong interpersonal skills for relationship building
