Business Development Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish a direct interface with regional counterparts to pursue strategic business plans
• Develop and execute dealer-level sales plans to achieve budgeted metrics
• Provide in-dealership training and consulting to improve finance performance and satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• College degree preferred or 3+ years of equivalent Automotive Finance experience
• Must be located in the Philadelphia area (Southern New Jersey, Delaware, or Eastern Pennsylvania)
• Ability to work independently
• Experience in conducting presentations and training
• Achieve AFIP (re)certification
