Job Summary
A company is looking for a Business Development Manager, CX Resellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit new partners and build a strong pipeline of strategic partners
- Qualify, negotiate contracts, assist in onboarding, and coordinate training and marketing efforts
- Manage partner engagements and support account executives in closing deals
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of sales experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, and/or SaaS through channel partners
- Experience and contacts in the channel partner community, including VARs, SIs, Agents, and MSPs
- Proven ability to manage and grow business with channel partner relationships
- Experience with SFDC and developing metrics to measure partner progress
- Ability to forecast key business parameters and report status effectively
