A company is looking for a Business Development Representative to join their Virtual Sales Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct discovery calls and develop engagement flows to generate qualified meetings with SMB employers
- Research targeted accounts to identify key contacts and critical account information
- Organize and participate in marketing activities, including LinkedIn marketing campaigns and events
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3+ years of experience in an outbound sales/business development role in a B2B environment
- Experience conducting extensive one-on-one qualifying meetings and calls with leads
- Exceptional business acumen regarding sales and marketing approaches
- Experience using lead generation and prospecting tools such as Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Salesforce
