Job Summary
A company is looking for a Hire-to-Retire AI Transformation Orchestration and People Data Strategy Lead.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-lead the People Data Strategy track and oversee the Hire-to-Retire (H2R) workstream, driving AI-powered initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent development
- Define governance and progress tracking frameworks for H2R AI initiatives and translate H2R vision into tactical execution roadmaps
- Champion the identification and delivery of AI use cases throughout the employee lifecycle and optimize reporting processes during team absences
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HR analytics, workforce strategy, or business transformation, preferably in global tech environments
- Experience in orchestrating cross-functional programs, including Agile delivery and change management
- Proficiency with modern data platforms and visualization tools such as Databricks, Power BI, and Oracle HCM
- Working knowledge of data privacy and regulatory frameworks affecting HR data (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
- Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, data analytics, or a related field
