- Source and attract passive candidates through niche channels and social media
- Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage recruitment communications and documentation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting
- Experience with full life cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring
- Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
