A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for sourcing and attracting qualified talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies and manage the hiring process
  • Source and attract passive candidates through niche channels and social media
  • Maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage recruitment communications and documentation
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in recruiting
  • Experience with full life cycle recruiting and high-volume hiring
  • Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office and LinkedIn
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
