Job Summary

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Caregiver Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the recruiting process for caregivers, including job postings, resume screening, and conducting interviews
  • Oversee applicant tracking system (ATS) workflow and ensure stages are updated accurately
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders to understand recruitment needs
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in high-volume recruiting
  • Experience hiring 40+ employees per month
  • Education level of an associate degree or higher
  • Experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a federal background check
