Chief Enterprise Officer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Chief Enterprise Officer to lead business development and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in Federal and DoD agencies
• Provide strategic guidance during proposal development and support organizational objectives
• Lead cross-departmental teams to implement plans and foster internal culture and engagement

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Federal or DoD capture management or related roles
• Proven track record of capturing and winning contracts in IT services, cybersecurity, or consulting
• Deep knowledge of the Federal procurement lifecycle and agency-specific acquisition processes
• Strong understanding of Federal/DoD agencies' missions and challenges
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and managing complex projects
