City Wide Facility Solutions is excited to announce an opening for Jr Sales Executive/Sales Associate. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals seeking to jumpstart their sales career in a supportive and dynamic environment. We want to invest in you and train you to become a six figure + B2B salesperson. Our training program will require hard work, telephone prospecting/ field cold calling, delivering proposals, and being mentored by senior level salespeople. Upon completion of the 3-6-month program, you will earn your own territory. If you are a go-getter looking to launch your sales career with a great company, we want to learn more about you!

 

Your role will involve:

·         Proactively reaching out to potential clients via phone, email and networking opportunities.

·         Assist in developing and presenting sales proposals tailored to client needs.

·         Collaborating with the sales team to manage accounts and follow up on leads.

·         Utilizing CRM systems to track and manage customer relationships.

·         Participate in training and development programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge.

Requirements:

 

·         One year or more of outside sales experience

·         New business-to-business (B2B) sales experience

·         Hunter sales mentality - goal driven and self-motivated

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM
