Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support, billing, and insurance assistance to orthodontic practices and patients via phone and email
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients, ensuring efficient and professional interactions
- Independently handle client communications while meeting service level expectations and maintaining high-quality performance metrics
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 3+ years of previous customer service experience
- Experience in the orthodontic/dental/healthcare industry is a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Documents; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls while delivering exceptional customer service
