Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Support Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support, billing, and insurance assistance to orthodontic practices and patients via phone and email
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with clients, ensuring efficient and professional interactions
  • Independently handle client communications while meeting service level expectations and maintaining high-quality performance metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of previous customer service experience
  • Experience in the orthodontic/dental/healthcare industry is a plus
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Documents; experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms preferred
  • Ability to manage a high volume of daily calls while delivering exceptional customer service
