Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Technical Solutions Coordinator to provide operational support through reporting and communication for the Client Technical Solutions and Customer Care teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets
  • Analyze customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership to fulfill data and reporting requests and distribute performance summaries
Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of experience in a coordinator or operations support role, preferably in customer service or technology
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
  • Experience with Jira and Zendesk is strongly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
