Job Summary
A company is looking for a Client Technical Solutions Coordinator to provide operational support through reporting and communication for the Client Technical Solutions and Customer Care teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain operational reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Sheets
- Analyze customer support data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to fulfill data and reporting requests and distribute performance summaries
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a coordinator or operations support role, preferably in customer service or technology
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets
- Experience with Jira and Zendesk is strongly preferred
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Collaborative mindset with strong interpersonal skills
