A company is looking for a Customer Service & Sales Agent.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer member calls and provide accurate information and assistance
- Utilize the AAA sales model to cross-sell credit union products and services
- Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Required Qualifications
- 6 to 12 months of customer service experience; financial service or call center experience preferred
- High school graduate or GED
- Ability to use a laptop, headset, and multiple monitors
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Type a minimum of 35 words per minute; 10-Key experience preferred
