A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant (Azerbaijani-speaking).
Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor
- Focus on customer outcomes such as adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals and new sales
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Library Information Science, Computer/Data Science, or related fields
- 5+ years of experience in the academic research ecosystem or related areas
- Proficient in English and Azerbaijani
- Previous experience in library operations or customer-facing roles
- Knowledge of the Academic Library marketplace or education technology
