Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Consultant (Azerbaijani-speaking).

Key Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with customers to become a trusted advisor
  • Focus on customer outcomes such as adoption, retention, growth, and satisfaction
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities and support renewals and new sales
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Library Information Science, Computer/Data Science, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in the academic research ecosystem or related areas
  • Proficient in English and Azerbaijani
  • Previous experience in library operations or customer-facing roles
  • Knowledge of the Academic Library marketplace or education technology
