Job Summary
A company is looking for a Patient Care Coordinator to assist in daily operations of its Clinical Services.
Key Responsibilities
- Support members in accessing resources and specialty pharmacies
- Act as a liaison between members, providers, pharmacies, and care facilities
- Maintain and proactively manage assigned case load with timely updates
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Teams
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a call center or office environment
- Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
