A company is looking for a Customer Success Representative II.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction with the auto loan refinance experience
- Contact customers post-funding to assess their experience and provide necessary information
- Handle inbound calls and perform quality assurance on loan specialists' calls
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in English, Communications, or Marketing
- Experience in customer service, telemarketing, quality assurance, or inside sales is helpful
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to work with multiple systems simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish is a plus
- High level of personal motivation, professionalism, and integrity required
