A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to enhance product adoption and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Own customer onboarding and education, guiding new customers through the process
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor
- Monitor customer health and engagement, deploying strategies to enhance satisfaction and reduce churn
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or customer support, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of customer success principles, including churn reduction and retention strategies
- Experience using a CRM or Customer Success Platform (CSP) like Hubspot or Gainsight
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Experience with compliance management technology or a basic understanding of compliance principles is a plus
