A company is looking for a Customer Systems & Maintenance Support Director.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate special projects and ensure successful completion of enterprise strategic initiatives
  • Develop metrics and strategies to improve productivity and customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, accountancy, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or a related field
  • Six years of progressively responsible experience in a related field
  • Strong technical understanding of support technologies and measurement systems
  • Experience in staffing and developing high-performing teams
  • Master data management experience preferred
