A company is looking for a Head of OTC, Spot.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove trading coverage to OTC institutional and private clients, optimizing execution quality
• Maximize client engagement and deepen liquidity relationships while collaborating with Sales and Account Management
• Support global coverage with flexible working hours and ensure team alignment with client needs

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in trading or execution within financial services or crypto
• Proven ability to manage and grow relationships with institutional clients and high-net-worth individuals
• Deep familiarity with electronic execution platforms and APIs
• Experience managing risk across multiple liquidity pools and volatile market environments
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills; proficiency in Python or other coding languages is a plus
