Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Partnerships, Card.

Key Responsibilities

• Own Merchant Partnership Strategy by identifying and negotiating proprietary discount deals
• Build Rewards & Benefits Ecosystem by launching point-transfer partnerships and curating redemption options
• Lead End-to-End Deal Execution ensuring compliance and target ROI are met

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years of experience in negotiating high-value commercial partnerships in card, payments, or loyalty ecosystems
• Deep network across travel, dining, rideshare, and fintech sectors
• Fluency in loyalty economics and experience building partner business cases in Excel
• Experience navigating legal, compliance, and risk review processes
• Proven ability to define KPIs and optimize offers using data and customer insights
