Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and contribute to sales efforts by offering fiduciary guidance to Plan Sponsors
- Build relationships with current and prospective clients to educate them on the company's services
- Identify business opportunities and maintain professional knowledge through networking and educational workshops
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years of sales experience in retirement, advisory, and compliance services
- Previous sales and retirement knowledge required
- Licensed (Series 65) and Life, Accident, and Health
- Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and ability to learn different software packages
