Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Valuation & Forensic.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close business valuation service leads across various sectors
• Lead planning and execution of assignments, ensuring proper staffing and time budgets
• Maintain strong knowledge in the field through continuing education and professional organization participation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required
• Current certification as an ASA or ABV required; CPA is a plus
• Minimum of 10 to 20 years of direct experience in business valuation
• Proven revenue generation ability, sourcing and closing $1 million of revenue annually
• Active membership in relevant professional associations
