Job Summary
A company is looking for an Enterprise Account Director to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Protect and grow revenue through client relationship management and renewals
- Organize and host quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to align with customer goals
- Forecast contracted and live revenue while managing upsell pipelines in assigned accounts
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of quota-carrying experience selling complex SaaS solutions with a track record of closing enterprise-level deals over $250k in ACV/ARR
- Experience with financial, fintech, payments, lending, and digital native companies
- Strong prospecting, qualifying, and negotiating skills with a consultative sales approach
- Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or a high-growth tech startup
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
