Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Representative to engage new and existing customers through proactive outreach and cold calling.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage customers via phone to sell a portfolio of solutions including safety products and consulting services
• Conduct outbound prospecting calls to generate new business opportunities
• Develop strategies for a dedicated list of accounts to drive sales and revenue

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a phone-based or B2B sales environment
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
• Strong aptitude to learn new systems
• Hunter mentality with a drive to exceed sales quotas
