Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Solutions Engineer (Fintech/Payments) to join their Solutions Engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales teams to assess customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions
• Document customer use cases, onboarding plans, and provide technical support during the onboarding process
• Deliver tailored demonstrations and training content for various partner types

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Solutions/Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Account Management in FinTech or SaaS
• Strong understanding of payment processing, including gateways and tokenization
• Experience in producing solution design documents or technical scoping materials
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
• Comfortable presenting and demonstrating solutions to diverse audiences
