- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to hit and surpass goals within designated market sectors
- Engage with prospect organizations to position HCM solutions through strategic value-based selling
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience selling to organizations with 3,500-12,000 employees
- Experience delivering business case presentations to C-level executives
- Strong pipeline and account management experience
- Existing industry experience selling complex SaaS solutions is highly desirable
- Ability to influence key decision makers and lead account planning processes
